As part of Propane Ninja’s Production & Yard Operations team, you’ll help keep our customers fueled and our yard running smoothly. No experience? We train you. If you bring a safety-first mindset, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, you’ll do great here.

Work Location: Plant City, FL 33566 (on-site)

Relocation: If relocating, please plan to relocate before your start date

Responsibilities

- Load/unload propane cylinders

- Refill, inspect, and palletize cylinders for delivery

- Perform basic cylinder repairs/maintenance

- Follow all safety policies and procedures

- Operate forklifts after certification, training available

Must Have

- Safety-first mindset; follows written and verbal procedures

- Dependable, on-time, and ready to work every day

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Attention to detail when handling/inspecting cylinders

- Safety shoes/boots and reliable transportation

Nice to have

- Forklift experience or certification (not required)

- Prior warehouse/production/yard experience

- Basic mechanical aptitude, comfort with tools

- Bilingual is nice, English is a must.
