JOB SUMMARY: NIGHT SHIFT 10pm-6am, Mon-Fri and WEEKEND NIGHT SHIFT 6pm-6am Sat-Sun and 10pm-6am (If hired for a weekend night shift, you will work two additional 8-hour night shifts during the week. Those two days will be assigned after hire is made).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following established procedures.
•Assist with equipment maintenance and report issues promptly.
•Record production data and support quality assurance testing.
•Follow step-by-step instructions to ensure consistent product quality.
•Collaborate with team members to meet shared production goals.
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
Department-Specific Tasks:
Atomizing Operators:
•Prepare and load raw materials for processing.
•Ensure materials are properly identified and approved.
Finishing Operators:
•Assist with blending and packaging materials.
•Submit samples for testing and help with storage and shipping.

Requirements:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Basic math and reading skills required, High School Diploma preferred.
•Previous experience in powder production, metallurgy, PM components helpful.
•Can work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous conditions.
•Strong mathematical skills
•Capable of driving fork-truck
•Arrive on time and take pride in your job contribution.
•Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
•Ability to lift up to 60 lb. pails, bags, and boxes.
•Ability to walk up and down stairs and climb ladders.
•Move 500 lb. drums by tipping and rolling.
•Possesses physical strength and stamina to stand and walk for long periods
•Good hearing ability around moderate noise conditions.
•Ability to withstand cold and hot conditions within a plant environment.
•Ability to distinguish colors with good peripheral vision.
