Production Operator – 1st Shift Schedule: 7 AM – 3:30 PM; Mon-Fri + Weekends as Needed

Pay starts at $16.00 and increases to $16.50 after just 90 days!

$500 BONUS after 90 days!

What You’ll Do:

- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment

- Move skids and pallets of materials using a forklift

- Follow production procedures and safety protocols

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace

- Monitor product quality and communicate any issues to supervisors

- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals

- Reliable attendance is non-negotiable—we succeed together

- Commitment to workplace safety, including appropriate PPE

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs independently
