Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that residential and commercial painting jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. This role includes scheduling crews, managing materials, coordinating with clients, and supervising on-site operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination
•Schedule and assign painting crews to job sites based on project timelines and skill requirements
•Review job specifications, scopes of work, and blueprints to plan production activities
•Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed
2. Team Management
•Supervise crew leaders and painters across multiple job sites
•Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance
•Train new hires and enforce company standards for craftsmanship and conduct
3. Quality Control
•Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to company quality standards
•Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly
•Conduct final walk-throughs with clients to ensure satisfaction
4. Safety & Compliance
•Ensure all job sites follow OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
•Maintain safety records and address any hazards immediately
5. Client Communication
•Serve as the point of contact for clients during the production phase
•Provide updates on project status, delays, or changes in scope
•Work with sales and office staff to ensure a smooth handoff from estimate to production
6. Budget & Resource Management
•Monitor project budgets and control labor/material costs
•Reduce waste by efficiently managing inventory and job site logistics
•Approve timesheets, invoices, and change orders
Qualifications: must speak Spanish
•3–5 years of experience in residential/commercial painting or construction management
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
•Knowledge of paint products, application methods, and surface preparation techniques
•Familiarity with construction safety regulations
•Proficiency in project management software and basic office tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,529.00 - $80,000.00 per year
