Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, particularly in fabrication and assembly line management. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to lead a team while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all production activities.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations within the manufacturing facility to meet production goals and timelines.

Supervise assembly line processes, ensuring that all products are fabricated according to specifications and quality standards.

•

Train and mentor team members on the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery, including forklifts.

•

Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in the warehouse environment.

•

Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

•

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

•

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain a clean and safe factory environment.

•

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Experience

•

Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools and power tools.

•

Familiarity with assembly line processes and fabrication techniques.

•

Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not required at the time of hire.

•

Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.

•

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
