Production Manager

Earn up to $120,000 per year with incentives.

We are looking for an experienced Production Control Manager to organize and oversee the production of residential roofing services. This position is responsible for all material procurement, material scheduling, installation scheduling, and resource planning. You will be the primary Customer Service liaison between the customer and our vendor partners. Strong Customer Service skills are a must. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all production projects after being sold by Sales. We expect you to have in-depth experience with production procedures and the ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance in a fast-paced environment. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive workflow process that meets company requirements and customer expectations. Compensation is Salary plus override incentive. Monthly bonuses earned based on set companywide performance objectives.
