The Maintenance Process Technician: master of all manufacturing and related routine maintenance activity in production department. Exceptional technical and communication skills are required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a proven capability to maintain schedules, trouble shoot, and rationally solve problems. Some general tasks include:
- Follow scheduled (Planned Maintenance – PM) and perform emergency repairs/maintenance as prioritized by management.
- Assess processes for cost effective reliability improvements.
- Setup and run wire process equipment for maintenance or troubleshooting.
- Enforcement of processing and quality standards.
- Ensure that required entries and maintenance to MRP system are made accurately and timely.
- Eight years minimum industrial maintenance, production, or related experience, and one or more of the following:
- - Technical AS Degree or Certificate in manufacturing or technical trade
- - Journeyman status in applicable craft (such as Electrician, Millwright, etc.)
- - Other accredited certificate in an applicable field of study.
