Production Associate

We are seeking a production associate to help us in our shop:

Responsibilities:

- Perform production duties as a machine operator, in powder coating, assembly or other tasks as assigned by a team lead

- Perform production duties such as: Deburring, operating a pedestal grinder, operating a rock tumbler, operating a pemserter

- Desire and willingness to be trained & learn all production tasks

- Helping the shop & company maintain a positive team environment by having a willing attitude

​Qualifications:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse or shop work is helpful

- A positive & willing attitude

- A team player with the ability to follow instructions to complete tasks on time and maintain excellent quality control

- Ability to handle physical workload, work effectively in the shop & complete assigned tasks to ensure happy customers

- Previous experience working with CNC mills, turret presses, press brakes, pemserters and powder coating, helpful but not required (on the job training can be provided to those willing to learn)

- Welding experience (both mig & tig) a plus

Shift is:

Monday – Thursday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday – 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (as needed)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
