Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of ourenergy technology products. This role will focus on understanding business needs, shaping product architecture, andcoordinating the full product development cycle. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating between complextechnical requirements from and into practical, user-focused business solutions, with a strong interest in AI and energyinnovation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Needs Analysis

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather, assess, and prioritizeproduct requirements.

- Translate market and operational needs into clear product goals and feature sets.

- Support strategic planning through market analysis and competitive benchmarking.

Product Architecture & Design

- Define product vision and roadmap in line with business and technical priorities.

- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure scalable and efficient product architecture.

- Support the design of user experiences for complex energy workflows and data interfaces.

Product Lifecycle Management

- Manage product development from concept through launch, iteration, and optimization.

- Maintain product documentation, user stories, and release plans.

- Track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Serve as a key point of contact between business, engineering, and operations teams.

- Facilitate alignment across functions to ensure clear scope, timeline, and delivery expectations.

- Support technical integration efforts and ensure product readiness across systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

- At least one year of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or a related role.

- Understanding of AI technologies, energy systems, and data-driven platforms.

- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

- Experience or familiarity with software integration in complex system environments.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of energy sector applications such as EMS, hydrogen systems, or EPC workflows.

- Experience working in innovation labs, early-stage technology environments, or B2B platforms.

- Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams including data science, engineering, and operations
