at our Corpus Christi, TX refinery plays a pivotal role in shaping both the operations and future direction of the site. This position offers a unique opportunity to broaden an engineering and leadership career by driving transformation in how the refinery operates, how it's configured, and how it competes in an evolving industry landscape.

Our Team

This role is a key leadership role within the Flint Hills Resources Project Capability and will work in the Process Design and Technology group based in the Corpus Christi Refinery. The Process Design Group has broad FHR responsibility, including broad technology ownership of both Corpus Christi and Pine Bend Refineries. The role reports to the Process Design & Technology Director.
