Location: Bartonville/ Peoria, IL

Starting Salary Range: Job Grade 24 - $70,366 - $87,957

Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:00PM.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3 years related experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university. Will consider comparable work experience in lieu of degree.

Skills: Process optimization, metallurgical knowledge, data analysis and problem-solving, lean manufacturing and six sigma, project management, equipment and process design, and regulatory and safety compliance.

Mindset: Hands-on and detail-oriented, continuous improvement mentality, adaptability and resilience, collaboration, innovative thinking, and safety-first approach.
