As a Principal Engineer - Power Electronics in the GE Vernova Advanced Research organization, you will be involved in the development of new power electronics concepts and integrating them with next generation GE Vernova products. Your work will include working and leading a team doing power electronics system design, modeling, and simulation, and testing of power converters and converter submodules, testing and characterization of power electronics devices, EMI filter design for converters application. You will contribute and lead development of advanced power conversion concepts as well as their implementation for application to power generation, transmission, and distribution applications.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will lead and contribute to the planning, development, and transition of technologies from concept to products and/or services for GE internal and external clients.

The base pay range for this position is $131,700 - $219,300. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This position will be posted until at least 7/28/2025.
