Principal Consultant (Non-Conventional Tailings)

Execution and technical oversight of conceptual to feasibility study applications of non-conventional tailings technologies

Active engagement in development and/or advancement of SRK`s tailings and mine waste practice

Project management of technical deliverables, budgets, and schedules

Interface with clients and complete site visits / inspections as necessary

Active engagement and responsibility for business development

Active engagement in mentorship of junior staff

Other duties as required

A bachelor`s degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Sciences or a related field

25 years` experience in the mining industry; professional consulting services preferred

Ability and desire to collaborate with other technical specialists in mining, geochemistry, geotechnics, groundwater and environmental disciplines in a team-oriented environment

Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong inter-personal communication and writing skills
