Precious Metal Casting Associate.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. As an associate, you will be responsible for operating and learning the machinery used ensuring that production goals are met.

Duties

- Adding to or learning the casting process in a clear and precise manner.

- Must be able able to follow instructions provided and be able to repeat the process over and for the future.

- This is an area where detail to your work must come into play. If you are not 100 percent detail oriented and have the ability to follow specific instructions then do not apply to this position.

- Utilize hand tools and lifting items of weight up to 25lbs is requiered.

- Conduct quality inspections on finished products during the process.

- Assist in the assembly of parts and components while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes

- Participate in routine maintenance of machinery

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment would be perferred however we are willing to train the right person.

- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.

- Ability to work with various materials

- Strong attention to detail is a must.

- Good Problem solving skills and must be ready at all times to assit the lead caster.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
