Summary

Oversees and directs the planning, design, engineering, procurement, and construction of utility electrical substation and transmission line projects, supporting renewable energy initiatives such as PV solar and BESS. Ensures projects align with SRP’s standards for design, cost, schedule, quality, and safety. Manages, coordinates, and supervises all project activities, collaborating with a matrix team comprising internal departments and external consultants and contractors. Provides stakeholders with timely project updates and progress reports.

Experience

A minimum of 14 years of related experience is required (if no degree, 18 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling 18 years).

A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
