Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Plumbing Project Manager to oversee and manage plumbing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with commercial plumbing, and proficiency in key software tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, providing accurate estimates, ensuring compliance with all safety and building codes, and maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Oversee and manage multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

•

Accurately read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.

•

Create material lists for each project and ensure proper ordering and delivery.

•

Develop competitive and profitable estimates for clients.

•

Schedule and supervise employees on job sites, ensuring productivity and quality of work.

•

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess project needs, and resolve issues as they arise.

•

Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.

•

Use Hilti, Bluebeam, and QuickBooks Online for project tracking, documentation, and financial management.

•

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and clients.

•

Address any issues or delays on the job site and take immediate corrective action as needed.

Qualifications:

•

Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or project management role.

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

•

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

•

Proficient in Hilti, Bluebeam, and QuickBooks Online.

•

Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

•

Ability to create accurate material lists and competitive, profitable estimates.

•

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.

•

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•

Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
