As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will dive into the world of plumbing, learning the intricacies of the trade. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong mechanical inclination and a sincere commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential. The Plumbing Apprentice class starts June 16th, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and Assist: Collaborate with experienced plumbing technicians to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings

•

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, attentively listening to their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions

•

Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities for additional plumbing services or products that can enhance customer satisfaction

•

Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer contentment

•

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment for yourself and your team

Qualifications:

Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in plumbing systems with a willingness to learn about plumbing technology
