Hiring Immediately – We are a residential plumbing company looking to hire a full-time plumbing Installer. The candidate MUST HAVE at least 5+ years of experience as a plumbing installer/technician. This is not a sales tech position, this is an installer position to complete jobs in a timely manner. Typical work schedule is from 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday with possible overtime. The installer is required to be on-call one week out the month. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and should have strong communication and verbal skills. Majority of plumbing calls are local within 5 miles. A fully equipped work vehicle will be provided. Applicants MUST LIVE within 10 miles of the La Habra office/warehouse location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•

Typical calls will be water heaters, drain work/replacement, sewer repairs, water line re-routes/repipes (PEX), clean-out installs, snaking, jetting, gas line replacement, water softener installs, RO Systems etc.

•

Troubleshoot to locate and repair sewer pipes using Ridgid camera equipment

•

Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment

•

Troubleshoot residential plumbing issues including toilets, shower/tub valves, disposals, water heaters, tankless water heaters, drains, sewers, water supply, gas piping, etc.

•

Complete approved repairs with quality, safety, and high standards

•

Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work

•

Maintain truck inventory and keep assigned service vehicle organized and clean

•

Communicate with the office after the completion of each call, provide requested information regarding the work completed, and receive dispatch instructions for the next call

•

Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

•

5+ years - plumbing experience

•

Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs+)

•

Strong communication and customer service skills

•

Analytical and focused on quality work

•

Positive attitude

•

Valid driver's License with clean driving record

•

Fluent english

•

Strong work ethic

•

Punctual

•

Clean and neat appearance

•

Ability to work independently

•

•

Able to take direction and willing to learn

Must provide your own hand tools (all other equipment and power tools will be provided
