Job Description:
As a Master Plumber, you will play a crucial role in overseeing plumbing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned plumbing professional to mentor junior staff and lead high-level plumbing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
•
Lead and manage plumbing projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
•
Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to design plumbing systems.
•
Oversee and mentor junior plumbers, providing guidance and training on best practices and industry standards.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
•
Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
•
Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
•
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
Requirements:
•
Valid Master Plumber license.
•
Proven experience as a Master Plumber, with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing.
•
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
•
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead teams.
•
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
•
Strong communication and leadership skills.
•
Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Previous experience in mentoring or training junior plumbers.
•
Experience with plumbing system design and project management
