Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., a leader in mining, mineral processing, and construction materials, is seeking a Plant Support Technician to join our operation in Laramie, WY. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, making it an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a career in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

About the Role

- Handle material movement, including loading and operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks, bobcats, and loaders.

- Assist in plant upkeep, repair, and maintenance of process equipment.

- Contribute to a safe and efficient production environment while working outdoors and engaging in physical tasks.

- Schedule: 24/7 rotating schedule. Twelve hours shifts. Nights and days. Six weeks of day shift/two weeks of night shift rotation. Shift premium for nights and weekends.
