JOB SUMMARY:
The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of the production and operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing resource utilization, managing teams, and aligning operations with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Oversee daily operations from job order to final delivery.
•Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
•Align production schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve output, efficiency, and profitability goals.
•Optimize machine and equipment utilization to maximize output while minimizing downtime.
•Oversee the setup and operation of production equipment, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards.
•Analyze current operational processes and implement improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
•Develop and implement new operational workflows and procedures.
•Use data and metrics to evaluate performance and suggest enhancements.
•Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
•Provide a strong leadership to the company’s operational teams, ensuring alignment with the company vision, values, and strategic goals.
•Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and training.
•Foster cross-departmental collaboration to meet company goals.
•Prepare and manage budgets related to operations.
•Monitor costs and find ways to reduce operational expenses while maintaining quality and service.
•Provide accurate reports to senior management.
•Involved in evaluating, implementing, and managing technology solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals; ensuring that the technology is leveraged effectively to drive innovation, improve processes, and supports business growth
•Oversees the integration of technology into the company’s operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring operational efficiency and quality service and on time delivery.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, engineering or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
•5-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•Experience in managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
