YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the General Supervisor - Process Plant Maintenance, you will be part of the Process Plant Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved, while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
•Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance personnel to plan and schedule
maintenance activities.
•Create, manage, and close work orders in JDE.
•Develop and distribute weekly maintenance schedules for fixed plant equipment.
•Coordinate materials, tools, and subcontractors required for planned maintenance.
•Establish and manage a kitting area to support efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
•Continuously improve the maintenance program and planning processes.
•Work with the JDE team to integrate new assets, parts lists, and maintenance programs into the system.
•Maintain accurate documentation including IOMs, drawings, parts lists, inspection
reports, and more.
•Contribute to departmental KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
•Contribute to the maintenance planning of Mill shutdowns.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•College Diploma or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field, or equivalent experience;
•Mining experience is an asset.
Note that the official working language at Meliadine is English.
Your Work Schedule:
•Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest;
•Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
