Pilot in Command - Citation Bravo

Bluestone Coal is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Pilot in Command (PIC) to join our corporate aviation team based in Roanoke, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have extensive flight experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as Pilot in Command for company flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism

· Conduct all pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, flight planning, and aircraft inspections

· Operate the Citation Bravo and other company aircraft in full compliance with FAA regulations and company policies

· Maintain aircraft readiness, records, and documentation

· Represent Bluestone Coal with professionalism and discretion when interacting with executives and guests

· Participate in recurrent training and safety programs

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3,000 hours PIC total time

· 1,500 hours Turbojet

· 2,000 hours Multi-Engine

· 250 hours Citation Bravo preferred

· No recent FAA violations or incidents

· Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and corporate flight operations

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays

Preferred:

· Citation Bravo Type Rating

· Part 91 corporate flight experience

· Strong safety record and excellent decision-making skills
