Position Overview:

Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for connecting with clients? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to learn about the pest and wildlife industry? Join us as a Pest and Wildlife Sales Representative in this exciting on-site inspector/salesman role. No cold calls involved – all site visits are scheduled by the customer.


Responsibilities:

- Sales Mastery: Use your exceptional sales skills to engage with customers during on-site visits. Educate them about our services, including annual pest control contracts, animal proofing/removal, and attic insulation.

- Customer Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Site Inspections: Perform on-site inspections that may require climbing ladders to access rooflines and entering attic spaces to accurately assess pest and wildlife issues.

- Closing Deals: Employ your negotiation skills to close contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of your sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to our sales manager.


Qualifications:

- Sales Experience: Proven success in sales roles, highlighting your ability to connect with customers and drive sales growth.

- Adaptability: Willingness to learn about the pest and wildlife industry and perform physical tasks like climbing ladders and entering attic spaces.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey our pest and wildlife control solutions.

- Self-Drive: Motivation to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and achieve or exceed sales goals.

Duties:

- Conduct sales activities and build relationships with potential customers in the field

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities

- Familiarity with technology sales and products

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Account management experience is a plus
