Our firm is committed to providing exceptional legal representation, and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•
Manage and advance personal injury cases through pleadings, discovery, depositions, pre-trial, and trial phases.
•
Conduct legal research and draft compelling legal documents.
•
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
•
Utilize expertise to provide strategic guidance on case development and resolution.
Qualifications:
•
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Florida Bar membership.
•
5+years of experience in personal injury law (Plaintiff side)
•
Proven trial experience.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to case management.
