As a Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting sales and engineering with data analysis, product development, and generating technical sales material. Performance Engineers identify and evaluate trends associated with product performance. They work closely with sales, operations, repair, manufacturing, and design.

needs and provide relevant feedback on past designs
· Aid in field trials, to gather and interpret data while relaying important details
· Assist sales department in identifying and tracking opportunities
•· Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize time and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Capacity to use critical thinking to solve problems
· Comfortable and confident communicating with peers and clients
· Ability to travel to rig site and be present for bit runs as needed
· Coding skills are a plus (VBA, JSL, Python, R, etc.)
· Experience with visual analytics tools such as Spotfire, JMP, Tableau, or
· Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or related technical degree
