Summary
Supports daily operations for two remote facilities, which include nine lake house rentals, two clubhouses, a general store and a grill. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating guest services, ensuring property maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service and maintain high occupancy rates.
This position does not offer a hybrid work environment and requires an onsite-only work schedule. What You'll Do+ Ensure accurate and timely communication with guests regarding reservations, payments, and special requests. + Monitor availability and maximize occupancy through effective scheduling. + Assisting with special events on property. + Assisting with invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
+ Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. + Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. + Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure the houses are cleaned and stocked.
+ Assists with inventory, transactions through the POS system, and ensures proper food handling practices.
+ General landscaping (mowing, trimming, blowing, etc.) + Maintain and make sure equipment in houses are in good working condition. + Ability to trouble shoot and fix minor issues in houses and common repairs. + Conduct regular inspections of rental units and common areas to identify safety, maintenance or cleanliness issues.
Experience
Minimum 3 years proven experience in property management, preferably in vacation rentals or similar settings. Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor issues in clubhouse and vacation homes. Proficient in property management software and office productivity tools. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Education
High School, GED or Equivalent.
