Legacy has a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to learn and get experience in Sales. The primary role of the Outside Pre-Sales position is to be the first point of contact between the homeowner and the Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

•

Generate new business through managing territories and communicating directly with homeowners

•

Set daily appointments for salespeople to perform property inspections

•

Provide the highest level of service possible to each customer & ensuring confidentiality with all client information

•

Maintain effective communication with other employees and managers, both in the field and the office

•

Working territory correctly and efficiently (following systems & procedures)

Position Requirements:

•

Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment

•

Reliable vehicle and smart phone

•

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time, enjoying fresh air and sunshine

•

Valid driver's license

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
