The Customer Service Representative ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting administrative operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who can effectively handle customer interactions, update account information, and assist with daily office functions. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are strongly encouraged to apply.
· Conduct outbound calls regarding service updates, competitor presence, and customer concerns.
· Respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
· Coordinate with dispatch to provide customers with accurate, up-to-date information.
· Maintain and update customer accounts in the company database.
· Log customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
· Ensure records are accurate and up to date for seamless service.
· Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
· Assist with administrative tasks to maintain an efficient office environment.
· Work with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
