Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for installing various components in residential and commercial settings, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties The Installation Technician will be responsible for: • Conducting thorough assessments of job sites to identify the best installation methods and materials • Fabricating custom components as needed, utilizing skills in carpentry and fabrication • Installing cabinets, fixtures, and trim, ensuring precise measurements and a seamless finish • Performing heavy lifting and moving of equipment and materials • Caulking and sealing joints and seams to prevent water damage and ensure a watertight seal • Utilizing specialized tools and equipment to complete installation tasks • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations • Collaborating with other technicians and supervisors to meet project deadlines • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: • Extensive experience in construction, remodeling, and cabinet installation • Knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices • Ability to fabricate custom components and perform trim carpentry and frame carpentry • Proficiency in caulking and fixture installation • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques and practices This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
