About This Job

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter to join our team. This position involves the installation of new cabinets, remodeling work, and a strong understanding of appliance installation and general construction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle residential remodels with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

•

Install cabinets with precision in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas

•

Fit appliances such as ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves during installations

•

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and layout plans

•

Perform minor carpentry, trim, drywall patching, and finish work as needed

•

Communicate with clients and team members on job progress and issues

•

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

•

Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines

Performance Objectives:

•

Achieve 90% or better on-time completion rate

•

Minimize installation errors and adjustments (within 1/8” tolerance)

•

Receive positive client and team feedback on professionalism and craftsmanship

•

Maintain accurate records of materials, hours, and site conditions

Qualifications:

•

5+ years experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry

•

Strong remodeling experience and general construction knowledge

•

Experience installing appliances and understanding manufacturer clearances

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

•

Must provide own basic tools

•

Ability to pass background and drug screening
