Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to operate various machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

- Operate packaging machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production flow.

- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.

- Utilize hand tools and forklifts safely to move materials and finished products within the warehouse.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred.

- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus; certification may be required.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

- Experience using hand tools for assembly and packaging tasks.

- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
