Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within assigned territories.

- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.

- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and fostering long-term relationships.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits.

- Utilize company software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with marketing/management teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility.

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status for accurate forecasting.

- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

- Manage territory accounts efficiently through strategic planning and territory management techniques.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong understanding of territory management.

- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management.

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

- Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and client interactions.

- Ability to develop strategic business plans aligned with company goals.

- Experience in management or business development roles is a plus.

- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation efforts.

- Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.

- Analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
