Description:
Job Summary: The Sales Manager will create and execute sales and service plans. This role is also responsible for the top-line sales in the Gulf Coast area – TX, LA, MS, AL, and FL, while maintaining overall margin targets.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the formulation and execution of sales and plans for the assigned territory.
•Support and often lead Business development efforts with Telecom and Oil & Gas companies.
•Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships, as well as develop new customers.
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
•Maintain and enhance Qnergy’s image and reputation with customers, distributors, suppliers, and the public at large.
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts for Qnergy while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
•Work closely with distributors to ensure full support in markets; continuous evaluation of performance of distributors; initiation of any required changes in distributors.
•Increase overall awareness of Qnergy products by travelling to facilitate face-to-face contact, participate in industry trade shows, field visits and other promotional methods as required.
•Process customer purchase orders, including review and approval of conversion of PO into internal sales orders.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
•A Bachelor’s degree in business, Technical Sales, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
•At least 5 years of previous outside sales experience.
•Proven track record of successful sales strategy and execution.
