Position Overview:

Motiva’s Refinery is looking to hire Outside Machinists – Pump Mechanics to join our team in Port Arthur. As a Pump Mechanic, you will perform preventative and predictive maintenance on pumps, fans, and other mechanical equipment. Maintenance tasks will include equipment troubleshooting, installation/removal, repair, and laser alignments.

This is a Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated position, and is subject to drug and alcohol testing in compliance with DOT regulations.

Experience and Qualifications: Required Education and Experience:* High School Diploma or equivalent education

Physical Requirements:* Willing and able to work outside in inclement weather with or without accommodation

This role is subject to a pre-hire physical abilities test. Other Requirements:* Must be willing and able to work overtime, holidays, nights, and weekends
