We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Energy Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting energy solutions and guiding customers through the process of adopting sustainable energy practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for renewable energy. This position involves engaging with potential clients through door-to-door outreach and leveraging your negotiation skills to close sales effectively.

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to educate potential customers about energy solutions, including solar options.

- Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the local community.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

- Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring new team members and sharing best practices within the sales team.

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales or energy sales is preferred.

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

- Familiarity with solar sales is a plus, along with knowledge of technical sales concepts.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce for managing customer data efficiently.

- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse client needs.

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
