Outdoor Custodian & Maintenance

We are seeking FULL TIME applicants for outside Landscaping and outside Cleaning/Maintenance Work. Individuals applying for this position must have references, must have a clean and professional appearance, must be able to work during the week as well as weekends with a flexible schedule.

Pay rate $20-$22 per hour

Circulate through assigned work zone with cart, tools, and vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine patrols within designated service zones utilizing assigned carts, tools, and vehicles

- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces by removing litter, cigarette waste, and debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleyways

- Remove graffiti and unauthorized signage from public fixtures, including light poles, waste receptacles, and newsstands

- Remain observant and vigilant for unlawful or disruptive behavior; report incidents promptly to law enforcement with accurate, detailed descriptions of individuals, vehicles, or other relevant identifiers

- Proactively engage with pedestrians and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, offering assistance, directions, and local information when appropriate

- Prepare and submit written reports documenting infrastructure damage, graffiti on private property, and a summary of daily work activities and accomplishments

- Uphold a positive, respectful, and professional work environment while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards

- Demonstrate the physical stamina to walk continuously for the duration of an eight-hour shift, with scheduled breaks

- Work effectively in a variety of weather conditions; appropriate weather-resistant gear will be provided

- Possess strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate documentation and clear reporting
