OSP Engineer I

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OSP Engineer I to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with foundational experience or education in AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools, and a strong interest in building a career in outside plant engineering.

As an OSP Engineer I, you will support the design and development of fiber optic network infrastructure. Responsibilities include assisting with network planning and design, conducting field surveys, collaborating with internal teams and contractors, helping troubleshoot network issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of infrastructure and equipment.
