We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Energy Engineer to support our building decarbonization efforts. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable balancing fieldwork with program support responsibilities.

The Energy Engineer will be responsible for performing energy savings analyses and gathering on-site data from end-use customer facilities. This position requires effective communication and coordination with internal teams as well as external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and technical partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, eager to learn, and motivated by solving real-world problems. They bring strong written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative and personable approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A solid understanding of building systems, paired with the drive to get things done and deliver high-quality work on time, is essential for success in this role.
