Responsibilities
Inspect panels or parts to verify specifications meet Quality standards while maintaining
established production standards.
Read and follow established Manufacturing Operating Procedures or Standard Operating
Procedures without deviation unless approved by Supervision.
Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately as required.
Efficiently use banding equipment and hand-jacks to ensure proper movement or storage of
product or material.
Place materials such as panels or tile in machines or on conveyors in prescribed manner and
sequence while maintaining smooth flow of operations.
Perform various trimming, indexing, or cutting procedures as required.
Keep supervisor informed of problems and equipment that is not operating properly.
Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions including Employee Handbook, Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOPs), Job Safety Analysis
(JSAs), and Safety Manual.
Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental,
and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe
conditions to the proper personnel.

Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. and a maximum of 45 lbs. continuous for at least an 8-hour shift.
Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
With proper PPE provided, must be able to work in an area that may contain non-hazardous
airborne particles due to the manufacturing process.
Must be able to stand and/or walk, bend, stoop or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift.
Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment or parts and work
near moving mechanical parts.
