MACHINE OPERATOR - 1ST SHIFT

Position Overview

A machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process. Machine operators will work on an individual and team basis. Machine operators will deliver consistent work and report accurate information on a timely basis. To be successful in this position the individual must be able to produce timely and high-quality output within the company quality and production run standards. Individuals must display a standard level of productivity and quality output and be committed to continuous improvement.

To be successful as a machine operator, candidates should have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, be mechanically inclined, and possess a strong attention to detail.
