Operations Representative

Position Summary

The Operations Representative receives calls and inputs details into the Quality Oil System to meet the customers’ needs in the most efficient and effective manner possible. The main duties of the customer service representative are to take calls, create work orders/delivery orders, schedule service appointments, process payments, and provide outstanding service to the customer. The Operations Representative will also perform general accounting functions including recording purchasing and billing transactions, performing inventory reconciliations, and preparing financial and operational reports.
