Operations Manager – Vegetation & Infrastructure Services (Weyburn, SK Area)

Job Summary

Join a leading Western Canadian company specializing in vegetation management across oilfield, pipeline, wind, and solar infrastructure. We're looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations, mentor teams, and ensure safety and quality across projects in the Weyburn region. You will be part of a larger management team committed to process and technical advancement in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment logistics

- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

- Mentor and develop field and supervisory teams

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisional managers and key staff

- Monitor budget and improve operational efficiencies and costs

- Support business development and cross-selling efforts in SE Saskatchewan

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing field teams or operations in industrial or utility settings

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient with basic business software (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)

- Background in vegetation management, environmental services, or infrastructure

- Experience with fleet and resource planning

- Basic mechanical aptitude

- Post-secondary education in Business, Environmental Sciences, Geomatics, or related field

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
