Operations Manager

Looking for an operations manager (ASM-Area service manager) for the Carlsbad region for Nova Compression. Carlsbad is focused on growth and need a manager that can lead their team witha. Customer focus to enable further growth through excellent runtime and maxhine throughput.

Technical ability is paramount for this position, but soft skills are needed as well. The Ops Manager will interact with customers regularly.

Ops manager will he responsible for hiring, managing, and training (training does not need to be done by the manager personally in every instance) their team to maintain and repair the CB fleet of contract compression packages. Packages are primarily Cat/Ariel.

This is a salary position that must be local to the area.
