Position Overview:
The Operations Clerk plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the organization by performing administrative tasks, managing communications, and ensuring efficient workflow. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational needs.
· Order taking and dispatch logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for field teams.
· Serve as point of contact between sales and customers and operational teams.
· Set up new customer accounts in CRM and ensuring complete and accurate information.
· Coordinate daily and weekly schedules, updating with daily drop-in orders.
· Provide excellent customer service and timely responses.
· Format, organize, and distribute report outputs for usability to internal and external clients and customers.
· Validate data accuracy and completeness prior to distribution.
· Monitor truck camera maintenance and accuracy, reporting any inconsistencies.
· Create tickets daily and weekly for tank deliveries, pickups, monthly rental fees, tank monitors, and other parts deliveries.
· Monitor Customer Service inbox(es) for order requests, routing questions and tasks as necessary.
· Update customer asset list and upload information to driver devices.
· Answering and routing incoming phone calls as needed.
· Provide administrative support with new initiatives and special projects.
· Participate in the testing, training, and documentation efforts to promote system adoption and operational continuity of ERP system.
· Coordinate new driver airport badging documents and fingerprinting process, maintain annual renewal of airport access badge for all drivers.
- Proven experience working in administration, customer services or sales operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good social and presentation skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of handling general office equipment.
- Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior ERP/CRM knowledge preferred.
