Job Description

Come Grow with Us…Operations Administrator

The Operations Administrator is an essential role on the Operations team. The admin has the freedom to work independently but is a vital part of the team. He/she assists with multiple projects and duties, including inbound/outbound calls, coordinating repairs and customer relations to ensure satisfaction after work is complete. Performing with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and responsiveness and high levels of diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when dealing with customers and other department staff.

What you will do:

- Review and adjust daily fieldwork tickets using the TCR Software Program

- HR paperwork including; Payroll validation and reports, PTO requests, updating personnel files, W-4’s, and I-9’s.

- Team Up scheduling software

- Process invoices, conduct billing corrections & collections

- Organize, track and record inventory

Qualifications

What you bring to us:

- 1-3 years of Office administrative experience

- Strong customer relations skills

- Understanding of wage laws

- Regular exposure to all weather conditions in combination with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. (majority of time will be in an office setting)
