Recon Oilfield Services, is looking for an outgoing candidate to join our team in the capacity of a Sales and Business Development Rep. This is a great position in the Oilfield for the right candidate. This position requires the following:

Sales and marketing at various oilfield locations including drilling and completions sites in West Texas and New Mexico areas as necessary.
•
Assist in customer satisfaction and determine existing or potential customers' specific services and equipment needs.
•
Responsible for initiating and maintaining business relationships with customers.
•
Provide Weekly Sales Plans.
•
Produce daily reports on where jobs/services stand.
•
Provide detailed directions to locations for sales made for other company employees.
•
Assist in getting invoices and other necessary documents stamped and signed.
•
Maintain a professional appearance (per provided guidelines), attitude, and approach while working and representing the company.
•
Misc. duties as assigned.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
