Summary

We are seeking an Oil & Gas Superintendent to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in driving project success and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities & Requirements

- Oversee daily operations of our Oil & Gas Division.

- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely completion of tasks.

- Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

- Collaborate with engineers to develop effective project plans and solutions.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

- Prepare detailed reports on project status, including budgeting and scheduling updates.

- Handle all communication between GMS & industry customers related to manpower, disciplinary action, and safety procedures.

Requirements

- Proven experience in the oil & gas industry

- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety practices

- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development

- In-depth industry knowledge and connections
