Oil & Gas Land Manager (Title)

ESA has been recruiting for the Oil & Gas industry for two decades. Our growing Houston client is seeking a Land Manager to lead their Title and Curative efforts. The organization is primarily in the business of buying Mineral and Royalty interests.

Additional considerations:

- The organization will work with candidates to make sure they attain their prospective bonus potential for 2025

- Ability to participate in fund(s)

- This role is primarily an in-office position in the Western half of Houston

- The role requires a candidate who is interested in a role that is focused exclusively on Title/Curative tasks for the foreseeable future

- Advanced Excel skills are an absolute requirement

- Experience with title and curative for Minerals/Royalties highly preferred

- Must have experience managing processes and people

- Experience in Permian, Bakken and Haynesville preferred
