PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Director Benefits & Compensation to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

The Director Benefits & Compensation provides leadership and strategic direction for the design, implementation, communication, and administration of all benefit and compensation-related programs. This role formulates and directs benefit and compensation strategies while implementing programs that support and drive the attainment of business objectives, address diverse workforce needs, respond to competitive labor market conditions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Provide strategic vision and design input to the overarching strategies; implements and manage comprehensive health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives, including medical, prescription drug, vision, dental, life, voluntary benefits, disability and leave management

QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* CEBS and/or CRPP certification
